One of the best known barber shops in Šuto Orizari is Salon Miris. It is open every day. Prices are from 100 to 200 denars for a haircut.

Џамија – Mosque

Ова е џамијата во Шуто Оризари. Постојат две низ цела општина ова е најголемата џамија која се викаа Амди Паша. На џамија се оди секој ден, но главен ден е петок.
Во Шуто Оризари постојат и други религиски места, и може да кликните тука за да гледате.
This is the mosque of Šuto Orizari. Therer are two in the community, but this is the biggest one and it is called Amdi Pasha. You can go to the mosque every day, but the most important day is Friday.

Учителки – Teachers

Во Шуто Оризари има едуцирани роми, кои работат како наставници во ромските училишта. Нивната цел е да им помагаат на ромските деца во образованието. Исто така тие разговарат со родителите и ги мотивираат да ги запишат децата во училиште.
In Šuto Orizari there are educated Roma who work as teachers in Roma schools. Their goal is to help Roma children with their education. Also they talk to the parents to motivate them to inscribe their children in school.

Roma Wedding – Ромска Свадба

Ромите кога ги праваат ромските веселби обичај игранката е да ја праваат на улица, вечерните прослави одаат во ресторанти, а дел од нив ги прославуваат во домашен абиент.
When Roma have something to celebrate, they like to celebrate in the street, in public. Then in the evening they celebrate at a restaurant. But some people who are poor cannot celebrate at the restaurant, and they eat and drink in front of the house.

Open Fun Football Schools

Ambrela closely works together with Open Fun Football Schools. For Herdelezi Ambrela organized a football tournament for the youngsters of Šuto Orizari. We hope to get a football camp to Šuto Orizari this summer.

„When they beat your children, go to the school and protest! When they give your children bad marks even when they learn well: go to the teacher and ask why!

Музичарите во Шуто Оризари најмногу работат во летните периоди и надвор од Македонија но повеке се популарни во ромската зедница. Еден музички оркестар за една свадба чини од 150 до 400 евро.
Musicians in Shuto Orizari work mostly in summer time or outside of Macedonia because they are only popular within the Roma community. For a wedding an orchestra will take from 150 to 400 Euro.

Trading is the most typical profession in the Roma community. In the market they deal in textiles and other things. Because Roma are seldom employed in factories or other places they have to rely on trading to make a living.

Roma are working as cooks at Roma weddings and other events like circumcisions, birthdays or final exams and so on. Soe also work in restaurants in the commune.
